Terms of Service
Last updated July 31, 2026
Family Hub is a private household coordination tool, offered as-is to the household it was built for and to anyone that household chooses to invite. By signing in, you agree to the following.
Invite-only access
There is no public sign-up. Access is by invite from an existing adult member of a household, and is meant for that household’s own coordination — not for unrelated third parties or commercial use.
Your content
Everything you or your household enters — events, to-dos, chores, notes, budget entries, and anything synced from a connected Google Calendar — belongs to your household. We don’t claim ownership of it and use it only to provide the app to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use Family Hub only for lawful household coordination. Don’t try to access another household’s data, disrupt the service, or use it in a way that could harm the app or other users.
No warranty
Family Hub is provided “as is,” with no guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Keep your own backups of anything critical — Settings provides a full data export (JSON and calendar ICS) at any time for exactly that reason.
Ending access
Any adult in a household can disconnect their Google account or permanently delete the household and its data from Settings at any time. We may also suspend or remove access for use that violates these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes; the “last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision.
